A PC and data projector for Power Point presentations, and an overhead projector are available for participants' use.




We have reserved rooms for May 20–23 (3 nights) from Sokos Hotel Presidentti, Eteläinen Rautatiekatu 4, 00100 Helsinki.

The hotel is 100 meters away from the workshop venue.

The trip to the airport takes half an hour by taxi or Finnair Airport bus.

Bus and underground stations are right across the street from the hotel, and the railway station is only a few minutes away.


The organizers cover all the accommodation costs of all the participants (breakfast is included).


Reimbursements and travel expenses

The organisers will cover economy airfare tickets for Ph.D students and keynote speakers.

An expense claim form can be printed out from the home page.
